For Lisa Divine, helping people realize their dream of home ownership is quite an honor. She assumes that job with a high level of honesty, integrity and exceptional service, often times working past 10:00 p.m. at night to get the deal done. Her clients wishes and being a good listener are of the utmost importance to Lisa as she continues to make excellence a habit both personally and professionally. Lisa's precise attention to detail impresses her colleagues and clients alike. In 2010, Lisa and her business partner, Juani Longhi, opened up their own boutique firm, Longhi Divine Realtors, in Dallas with much success. Now, Lisa is teaming up with her husband, Steven Divine to run Divine Premier Properties while her business partner moves with her husband and family to California. Steven and Lisa are thrilled to be working as a team, especially since they have 25 years of experience. "I have a servants heart, no question." says Lisa. The most important honor to Lisa and Steven is raising their 8 year old son, Jackson. "Jackson is a blessing and a miracle to us. We are THAT story - the one you hear about two people wanting a child and then finally giving up and deciding having a family was not going to be in the cards after all. Thankfully, someone up above had other plans for us."
Born and raised in Jackson, Mississippi, Steven Divine is a southern gentleman to his core. He graduated from Mississippi State University and soon after moved to Texas. Steven's first profession was as a software programmer. His boss talked him in to accepting a software sales position. Steven quickly moved up the ranks to become the branch manager at a large software company managing a large staff. Steven obtained his broker's license in 2010 and became an affilitate with Homes for Heroes - a cause near and dear to his heart as his Dad was in the service and one of his close friends is the Brigadier General of the Army in Mississippi. He has always wanted to give back in some fashion and found a way to help those that help us through Homes for Heroes. "Homes for Heroes is the best way I know to help those folks that continually put their lives on the line for us." Steven says. Steven and Lisa's commitment to their clients, enthusiasm, and optimism is contagious. "It is not about us, it is about doing our part to make our clients home buying experience seamless and enjoyable, especially since we usually gain a new family of friends. We love referrals - it is the biggest compliment anyone can give us for a job well done. Our goal is to exceed expectations!"
Steven, Lisa, Jackson and their Wheaten Terrier, Saylor, reside in North Dallas. They love to travel, spend time with their family, camp and annual trips to Florida for a week at the beach. A client recently called Steven and Lisa while they were in Florida on the beach and was surprised they answered the phone. To which, their reply was, "That is the awesome thing - with today's technology, we can work from anywhere and working from here is as good as it gets."
